Ethos Clinic (“Ethos,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of patients, website visitors, and individuals who contact our practice. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our website and related practice operations.

This Privacy Policy applies to www.ethosclinic.com and related online interactions. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how protected health information is used and disclosed in connection with healthcare services.

  • General inquiry information submitted through website forms.

  • Scheduling information when patients call the clinic to request appointments.

Existing patients and anyone with clinical concerns should call the office directly.

 

Protection of Health Information and HIPAA Compliance

Ethos Clinic maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable federal and Pennsylvania privacy laws. These safeguards may include workforce privacy training, role-based access controls, secure recordkeeping practices, password-protected systems, use of HIPAA-appropriate vendors where required, Business Associate Agreements when applicable, policies limiting access to the minimum necessary information, and procedures for responding to privacy questions or incidents.

Ethos Clinic uses DrChrono for electronic health record and practice management functions. Telehealth may be provided through Doximity or Direct Health, previously Medici. Ethos does not currently offer online payment processing through its website and does not currently offer a patient portal through the website.

Disclosure of Information
