Our Approach

Care that starts with a careful evaluation.

Every patient's care at Ethos begins with a thorough clinical evaluation. From there, our clinicians work with each patient to determine which combination of therapy, medication management, or interventional treatment may be appropriate, based on symptoms, history, and personal preferences. Treatment plans are revisited and adjusted over time as circumstances change.

Our Clinic

A team you can get to know, in a space built for it.

Care at Ethos is provided by a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff working together across our three offices. Many patients see the same clinician over time, which can make it easier to talk openly about what's going on. Our offices are designed to feel calm and unhurried, whether you're visiting in person or connecting by telehealth.

Our Philosophy

Five Foundations of Wholeness

Mental health is connected to many parts of life. It can be influenced by relationships, daily routines, physical health, life experience, personal values, and the way we respond to change and stress. When relevant to a patient's care, our clinicians may consider these factors alongside symptoms, treatment history, and clinical evaluation.

01

Connection

Our relationships with ourselves, our families, friends, and communities can shape how we experience and move through difficult periods.

02

Meaning

The values, beliefs, responsibilities, and experiences that matter most to us can influence how we understand and respond to change and hardship.

03

Presence

Awareness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations may be incorporated into care when appropriate.

04

Stewardship

Sleep, movement, nourishment, physical health, and daily routines often interact with mental health.

05

Growth

Care can offer space to build insight, develop coping strategies, and find new ways of navigating challenges over time.

These areas can support care when clinically relevant. They are not a substitute for psychiatric or therapeutic treatment.
