Services & Treatments

Mental health care with options for different needs.

Ethos Clinic provides psychiatry, therapy, medication management, and interventional treatment options for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Recommendations are based on each patient's symptoms, history, preferences, and clinical evaluation.

Care at Ethos

You don't need to know which service you need before reaching out.

Mental health care can look different from one person to another. Our clinicians begin with an evaluation and discuss which services or treatment options may be appropriate for your individual needs. Care may include therapy, medication management, interventional psychiatry, or a combination of approaches.

Featured Treatment

Deep TMS

Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or Deep TMS, is a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic stimulation to target areas of the brain involved in certain psychiatric conditions.

Treatment does not require anesthesia or an incision. Patients remain awake during sessions and can generally return to their usual activities afterward.

Deep TMS is not appropriate for everyone. An Ethos clinician can review your symptoms, treatment history, medical history, and other relevant factors to determine whether it may be an appropriate option for you.

Non-invasive Treatment is delivered externally using magnetic stimulation and does not involve surgery or an incision.
No anesthesia Patients remain awake during treatment sessions.
Clinician-guided Whether TMS is appropriate is determined after reviewing each patient's clinical history and treatment needs.
Our Services

Care across therapy, psychiatry, and interventional psychiatry.

Services are recommended according to each patient's clinical needs and may be used individually or as part of a broader treatment plan.

Therapy

Talk Therapy

Individual, family, and supportive psychotherapy for a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Therapy provides a private setting to discuss experiences, develop insight, build coping strategies, and work toward personal treatment goals.

Art Therapy

Art therapy combines creative expression with therapeutic support. It can provide another way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences, particularly for patients who may find it helpful to communicate through creative work as well as conversation.

Eating Disorder Care

Specialized behavioral health support for individuals affected by eating disorders and related concerns. Care is guided by each patient's history, current needs, and individualized treatment plan.

Psychiatry

Psychiatric Evaluation

A psychiatric evaluation gives your clinician an opportunity to understand your symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatment, current concerns, and goals before discussing possible next steps in care.

Medication Management

Psychiatric medication management includes prescribing when appropriate, monitoring response and side effects, and reviewing treatment over time. Medication decisions are made collaboratively and adjusted according to each patient's clinical needs.

Interventional Psychiatry

Deep TMS

Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive treatment using magnetic stimulation. It may be considered for eligible patients after a clinical evaluation and review of treatment history.

Ketamine

Ethos Clinic offers clinician-supervised ketamine treatment for selected patients when appropriate. Eligibility is determined through a clinical evaluation that considers symptoms, medical history, previous treatment, and potential risks and benefits.

Spravato

Spravato is a prescription treatment administered in a healthcare setting for eligible patients. Patients are evaluated beforehand and monitored during treatment according to applicable clinical and safety requirements.

Getting Started

Care begins with understanding what you need.

Treatment decisions are made after getting to know your history, concerns, and goals rather than assuming one approach is right for everyone.

1

Start with an evaluation

Your clinician reviews your concerns, health history, previous treatment, and other information relevant to your care.

2

Review your options

When appropriate, your clinician discusses available treatment options and considerations so you can participate in decisions about your care.

3

Revisit care over time

Treatment plans can be reviewed and adjusted based on response, changing circumstances, and ongoing clinical needs.
